We are looking for someone with a proven knowledge of Claims Fraud and coaching techniques who has a genuine passion to help develop our colleagues who handle Third Party and Customer Claims Fraud.You will be working collaboratively across the function to provide tailored coaching solutions - enabling our fraud handlers to deliver value in everything they do. This can include delivering and designing training material, referrals, managing stakeholdersacross the business and ensuring that the team hit their KPIs by continuously monitoring and improving the quality standards.We are passionate about offering flexible working opportunities, therefore, this role can be based at any either our Bexhill or Leicester offices on a hybrid basis.What will you be doing
