Job Description

REF: NE465464564Civils Technician - Leicester - £Negotiable Our Client are looking for a Civils Technician to join a dynamic team working from the Leicester office.Upon joining the team, the successful Civils Technician will be supporting the senior design staff in preparing design specifications for S38 and S278 projects using AutoCAD (Civils 3D).As a Civils Technician, you will be joining an established team of highly skilled professionals, and as such the following skillset is essential :-

  • Minimum HNC/HND qualified in Civil Engineering
  • Competent at using AutoCAD with experience in Civils 3D and Site 3D software desirable
  • Confidence to actively contribute to provide design feedback and solutions to the rest of the team as well as the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to participate in further training and develop their technical skills
  • Experience of producing drawings to support S104 and S185 applications
  • Must have some experience of drafting and detailing of highway and external works including S38 and S278
  • Any experience of specialist drainage packages (Causeway Flow, Revit) would be an advantage
