Discounted Gym Membership.As a Chef your duties will be: Preparing food ranging from light snacks and refreshments to English breakfast & pub-style continental meals. Assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen. Maintaining quality hygiene standards within the production areas at all times. Ensuring that the kitchen is running effectively, and meals are prepared on time and to the highest standards. Working in a fast-paced kitchen and working to set meal and portion plans.To be considered for the role of a Chef: You must have gained experience as a chef within either a hotel, high street restaurant, pub, banqueting, contract catering or similar catering environment. You must have experience in cooking fresh food in a medium to high-volume kitchen environment. Be able to commute easily and reside within travelling distance of East Midlands Airport.
