All positions are full time and permanent!We dont care if you havent worked in our sector before, full support and training will be given!So what will I be doing exactly when I start with youIn simplified terms, when you join us as a customer service advisor you will be advising our customers on the products and services we offer over the phone. You will either be helping them decide on the best options to suit their needs, or you will be problemsolving when they need help with their accounts. All calls are inbound, so you wont have to make any unexpected outbound calls at all! Your days will be filled with helping our friendly customers who turn to you for you expect knowledge. (Dont worry, becomingan expert takes time, you will have support all the way up until you reach this stage). If you decide you are ready for more of a challenging role, you can become a part of our specialist team straight away, where you will be tasked with saving our customersat the point of renewal!Well whats in it for meWhen you join us as a customer service advisor, you will have:
