Job Description

Business Intelligence & Reporting ManagerLocation: Leicester or Walton on ThamesSalary: £50,000 - £55,000 depending upon experienceHours: Full Time, 35 Hours a weekPermanentClosing date: 11th April 2021Our client are an award winning provider of affordable, quality homes, but their business is about more than property - it’s about people. They hold a stock of more than 24,000 homes and employ 600 plus staff to provide a high standard of service to their householders.Our client have an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager to drive excellence and improve their services through business performance reporting and data analysis.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Lead the Reporting Hub Team in preparing and presenting key performance reports, regulatory returns, analytical queries, data modelling, and business trends.Challenge performance proactively across the business.Act as a key contributor and expert in reporting requirements to other teams across the businessDevelop team service levels, drive research and development and new reporting initiatives.Work with teams across the wider business to ensure their data is managed effectivelyBe the lead on all non - financial regulatory reporting and the key contact for data and reporting submissions. Convert data into information using reporting tools including SQL, SSRS, Business Objects and Power Bi.Our client are looking for you to have:A successful track record of service improvementExperience of Business and Corporate report writing and excellent data visualisation skills.The ability to interpret and analyse big data setsUse of a variety of reporting tools including SQL, SSRS, Business Objects and Power Bi.Knowledge of IT systems and processes for data storageEducated to degree level or equivalent with a component in Data / Reporting / AnalysisWhat our client have to offer:Our client recognise that people are at the heart of their business and that success is dependent on enthusiastic and committed colleagues.
