Job Description

Business Improvement Coordinator*£40,000 - £45,000 + Company Wide Benefits - Monday to Friday - Evening Shift (2pm to 10pm)*Futures are excited to be partnering with a leading, multi - billion £ FMCG manufacture who are well-known in the market for their market leading products we all use on a daily basis!As Business Improvement Coordinator, you will play a vital part in promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business. You will work collaboratively with the businesses Senior Leadership Team to support the delivery of key CI Projectsacross one of the businesses largest sites.Key Duties of a Business Improvement Coordinator Include:

  • Ensure that delivery of continuous improvement projects and activities maintain full compliance with health & safety and environmental, risk assessments, procedures, and good practice.
  • Work collaboratively with other managers to build a values-based culture, ensuring that results are achieved with people at the heart of every decision, and consistent focus is given to providing a positive experience for Colleagues.
  • Responsible for deployment of improvement projects and action plans, reporting regularly on progress in order to identify any opportunities, challenges, trends, or repeating issues and provide insight to feed into improvement road-maps.
Key Skills and Experience of a Business Improvement Coordinator:
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a Business Improvement or Continuous Improvement role
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or Level 4 equivalent Qualification in Continuous Improvement
  • Experience within an FMCG or other fast-paced manufacturing environments
  • A strong working understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental Management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with and motivate key stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong computer & Data analysis skills, working knowledge of Excel
