The company has been running for 50+ yearsas a leading manufacturer and are now seeking a Business Development Manager who is looking to further their career and help with the continuous growth of the company.Business Development Manager £45,000 - £53,000Leicester (Hybrid Working)In return our client is offering an excellent career path with an opportunity to earn 100% of salary through commission, plus £550 car allowance, 26 days holiday+ bank holidays, standard pension, laptop, credit card, fuel card and phone.This role is a hybrid working role and will require the business development manager to be on the road winning new business. The role is now available due to an increase in workload and growth. They are now actively looking to recruit a Business DevelopmentManager who is driven and keen to establish themselves within the industry but is also looking for progression. There will also be a good element of account management where you will take on a good proportion of accounts after probation.Your day-to-day duties will be based around business development creating new opportunities for the company to increase their clientele. Your role includes dealing with new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, services prospection, negotiationand commercial follow up of UK customers and branching out further afield acting in the markets targeted by the organisation. You will play an active part in the development of the sales budget, monitor revenue and margins, promote the image of the companyand you will continue with the improvement of the initiatives of the company.Requirements
