Job Description

Business AnalystGRG are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionableinsights. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making by gathering and analysing data, identifying trends, and providing valuable recommendations to enhance organisational efficiency.Job Role:

  • Requirements Gathering - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, processes, and requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit comprehensive and accurate business requirements.
  • Data Analysis - Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business goals. Utilise statistical methods and tools to extract meaningful conclusions from data.
  • Process Improvement - Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Documentation - Create detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and functional specifications. Develop and maintain documentation for data models, system workflows, and process diagrams.
  • Data Visualisation - Design and create visualisations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate complex data-driven insights to stakeholders. Ensure that data visualisations align with business objectives and are easily understandable.
  • Collaboration - Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams, translating business requirements into technicalspecifications.
  • Quality Assurance - Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure that delivered solutions meet specified requirements. Provide support during the implementation phase, addressing issues and facilitating smooth transitions.
  • Continuous Improvement - Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis. Proactively identify opportunities for ongoing process improvement and contribute to the development ofbest practices within the organisation.
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with business process modelling and data visualisation tools.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus
