Job Description

Branch Manager- Roofing Contractor- Leicester- 55k with OTE 70-80kMacildowie are excited to be once again partnering with one of the Midlands leading Roofing contractors to exclusively Recruit a Branch Manager to join the flourishing business and head up their new Leicester Hub.This a superb chance for an experienced Branch Manager with a roofing background to join a well established and profitable company. As this is a key position within the company knowledge of roofing and roofing materials and experience in a similar role areessential.Reporting to the Managing Director, Your main responsibilities-

  • Overall lead of Branch Operations including Staff, Profitability, Roofers, Suppliers, Health & Safety, Customers, Sales, Marketing, finance, Culture & Development.
  • Ensure Contracts run to time, Quality, Terms of Contract, and the requirements of the client.
  • Legal, H&S and Contracting are documented and agreed with clients at terms that are in line with Company Policy and result in no financial penalties.
  • All projects are working to Budget, Roofer and staff position Contracts are in place, and all have a full understanding of the responsibilities of the role and operate and complete those responsibilities to the agreed targets
  • To ensure the company have enough roofer and overall staff capacity to ensure all Budget Targets are met.
  • Development of systems, Staff, Roofers, and processes to support best practice in Contracts management and ensure the Business operates at maximum efficiency.
  • Daily / Weekly & Monthly logging of job costs / materials costs / labour and transport - for reporting tool to directors / managers
  • Define the structure required for effective Branch Performance and recruit and manage staff and Roofers accordingly.
  • Develop and Contribute towards the Business Strategy and plans to ensure that the Business continues to grow.
Experience and candidate spec-
  • 15+ years in Roofing industry is highly desirable
  • Experience within a similar role essential
  • Ability to manage and develop a world class team
  • Commercially minded, committed and competitive
  • Understands and can set KPIs
Package-
  • 55k base salary
  • Profit share scheme
  • OTE of 70-80k depending on performance
