Job Description

We are looking for a qualified, highly professional, and ambitious Beauty Therapist to join our expanding team. Here, you will join like-minded Therapists and Aesthetic Injectors where you will grow and develop in a business that prides itself on high standardsand excellence. As a Beauty Therapist you will work with Market Leading Technology.We want you to do your best work and we will support you by providing ongoing training from our talent development team.What you will be doing;

  • Perform a range of advanced treatments across Laser Hair Removal, Body and Skin treatments
  • Be an ambassador for Clinic, providing an enthusiastic and memorable client experience at all times
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, educating and informing yourself on new product and services available and introducing these to your clients. create a partnership by sharing your treatment plan with your client, educate and link recommended homecareacross all brands.
  • Drive sales across the clinic through upselling and crossing selling of product and services, ensuring KPIs are achieved
  • Front of House duties which include customer service, stock management and merchandising standards
  • Ensure the health and safety of clients at all times when performing treatments
  • Providing expert advice to clients and full product and service offering
What you need; (Requirements)· Beauty Qualification: ITEC, CIBTAC or CIDESCO or NVQ Level 3
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Beauty/Laser Therapist or similar position
  • Experience with sales and targets.
  • Flexibility - hours include evenings and weekends on a rotating basis (alternating weekends off)
  • People orientated - friendly, positive demeanour with strong communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for beauty & aesthetics.
  • Be able to work as a part of a team and also under own initiative.
  • Reliable, hardworking and ability to work in a busy fast paced environment.
  • Sales focused and experience with targets.
