Henderson BrownBackend Developer/.Net - Up to £42,000 - LeicesterMonday - Friday, 9am - 5pm - Flexible Working AvailableC#, ASP.NET Core, .Net, .NetCoreHenderson Brown is recruiting a Back-End Developer on behalf of a well-established university based in Leicester.The key objective is to have previously operated as a Back-End Developer in a commercial setting and be proficient with the Microsoft .Net Framework.Main Responsibilities*Design and create new features on existing products for clients.*Coordinating the workflow between the Technical Analysts, DevOps, and Web Developers.*Following the full SDLC whilst creating new software applications and ensuring high performance on mobile, tablet, and desktop web applications.*Participate in scrum meetings with others in the back end development team.*Write high-quality codes using the .Net Framework including .NetCore.*Support the development and maintenance of scalable systems and applications.*Making tweaks and changes to improve existing applications.The Candidate*Ideally some full-stack development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS.*Previous experience working as a Back-End Developer in a commercial environment. *Developing web applications with C# & ASP.NET Core.*Web API development, MVC, and experience in project/product development.*Familiar with version control i.e. GIT.*Exposure to Sitecore.Benefits*Continuous training and development.*Flexible working.*23 days holiday plus bank holidays.*Annual salary reviews.The first stage of the application process is to apply online.
