Job Description

Assistant Management Accountant - Leicester - up to £35,000 per annum DOEAre you looking for an opportunity for you to get involved in all areas of finance Do you want to be on a journey alongside a business/department that is growing and developingMacildowie are partnering exclusively with a brilliant business in Leicester who are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.This business is a key player in their industry, driving growth and success year on year. This role will work closely alongside the Finance Manager, supporting in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Some of the key responsibilities will be:

  • Maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supporting on month end processes
There is lots of scope for a junior candidate to grab this opportunity with both hands and get stuck in to a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a supportive environment.This business does offer hybrid working, and they are happy to be flexible with the number of days at home depending on workload/busyness of the team.The personality and attitude of the candidate required is very important, as the successful candidate will be
