RECfinancial are exclusively recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join one of our long term clients.The role is based at the firms head office which is commutable from most areas in Leicester / Leicestershire, also including Hinckley, Nuneaton, Lutterworth, Rugby & Blaby.Reporting to a brilliant Finance Manager, The Assistant Management Accountant will take responsibility for preparing the monthly management accounts, reporting on variance to budget - profitability & Cost, VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations, assistingwith budgets & forecasting & financial analysis.There will be lots of opportunities to build your accounting experience and be involved in different accounting projects.The role would suit a candidate who is looking to move into a Management Accountant or Finance Manager role in the future and its likely that you are either in an Assistant Accountant role or Assistant Management Accountant type role.Ideally you will be working towards either the CIMA or ACCA qualification or be AAT qualified.The role has a salary range of between £32,000 and £38,000 plus benefits
