The Unit provides the central link between employers, apprentices and programme delivery teams. We are focused on making a difference in peoples livesand the success of businesses and the economy. Working with a wide range of stakeholders, including local and national businesses, from large multi-national organisations to small and medium-sized enterprises. The Apprenticeships Unit has responsibility foradministrating apprenticeship provision that meets statutory, mandatory and regulatory requirements.RoleAs Apprenticeships Operations Administrator, you will support the effective operation of apprenticeships operational processes, providing support for robust record keeping and the smooth running of administrative processes. You will support the work of theDegree Apprenticeships Unit, assisting with record keeping and delivering a high standard of administrative support for the functions of the team and to support activities to ensure the University’s readiness for external audit and inspection.As part of the role, you will Maintain a comprehensive library of documentation supporting the operation of the team, ensuring that documents are maintained in a structured system and are kept up to date and assist with quality checking across administrativeprocesses.This is a part time role, you will be required to work 24 hours per week. The salary for this role will be pro-ratad.Ideal CandidateTo be successful as Apprenticeships Operations Administrator, you will have experience of working in an administrative environment with an emphasis on data quality. You will have good IT and database skills and a good attention to detail. You will also havegood communication skills with excellent customer service skills to effectively manage relationships across the institution.
