THE OPPORTUNITY:Macildowie are currently recruiting for an Admin Team Leader working for a business based in Thurmaston. This is a full time permanent position with full time hours. The company offers hybrid working and a lovely working atmosphere.THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Your remit will include but is not limited to:Directly supervise the admin support team, tracking all aspects of performance, and giving regular feedback to the management teamMonitor services and ensure that agreed services levels are maintained and exceeded where possiblePlay a flexible role and be willing to provide Admin support cover when requiredReport problems and resolve without impact on serviceParticipate in training new admin staff and ensure that they are given the skills needed to successfully carry out their rolesMonitor performance of your team and provide feedback and advice on any areas which require improvementMaintain reports and compile data in preparation for month-end financial dutiesResponsible for client relations including client feedback and gathering regular feedback on performanceDay to day responsibility for the general upkeep of the office environment, working with the Facilities and Health and Safety Manager to maintain a safe and functional office.This is a varied position which will require candidates to multitask and prioritise a busy workload. You must be able to demonstrate good leadership qualities and gain the trust and respect of your team.EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: In order to be considered you must have experience of managing an administration team, strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and excellent administration skills.
