Job Description

  • A brand new role focusing on well being across the business working as part of a HR team.

Client DetailsA fast paced, growing manufacturing business based on the outskirts in Leeds with a market niche.DescriptionReporting into the Senior HRBP you will be responsible for driving and delivering the well being agenda across the business:
  • Managing/delivering the well being agenda
  • Well being comms and engagement
  • Working with benefits partners
  • CSR and charity partnerships
  • Delivering the health topic on a month basis
  • Supporting the HR team as and when required with generalist HR work
Profile
  • Can demonstrate they have delivered on wellbeing strategy engaging the business and employees
  • Has delivered presentations/public speaking
  • Operates at a generalist HR Advisor level
  • Have previously been responsible or supported delivery of well being
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Ability to present and communicate/organise events
Job Offer
  • Salary £35-42k FTE
  • Site based on outskirts of Leeds
