Job Description

Trainee Door-to-Door Advisor- Fibre Optic BroadbandLocation:Covering the West Yorkshire regionSalary: £23,000 – £25,000 – Bonus and company carAre you a dynamic and personable individual with a passion for technology and excellent communication skills We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Door to Door Advisor to join my clients team, a leading Fibre Optic Broadband company, based aroundthe West Yorkshire community.Role Overview:As a Trainee Trainee Door to Door Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to introduce the companyas a superior broadband service to potential customers in the West Yorkshire area. This role is focused on sales and on engaging in informative and friendlydiscussions to introduce our exceptional products and services.Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with residents and businesses in Leeds and the surrounding areasto introduce my clientand explain the benefits of theircutting-edge fibre optic broadband solutions.
  • Attend community events, local gatherings, and public meetings to create awareness about our services.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing my client with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Answer questions and address concerns from potential customers to provide clarity and build trust.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to relay valuable customer feedback and insights.
Requirements:
  • Possess excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
  • A valid driving license is essential for this role, as travel within the West Yorkshire area is required.
  • A keen interest in technology, particularly fibre optic broadband services, is desirable.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • At least 6 month customer facing experience
  • Driving licence
  • Clean DBS
