Job Description

Elevation Business Support are delighted to be working with a Leeds based Marketing Platform business in the recruitment of a Technical Customer Service Executive. You will provide advice and technical support around software utilisation and products to customers who are experiencing technical issues.You will be imperative in ensuring good relationships are formed with customers and provide timely and effective technical support and guidance. This is a growing business and would suit someone who is experienced working in a fast paced and changeable environment. The business apply a remote first approach to working so there is flexibility with home and office work. The core hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm. Key duties and responsibilities will include: * Guiding customers with the best ways to utilise the software and products* Educating customers on the flexibility and capabilities of the software* Ensure to give expert product advice and share skills and knowledge with the customer * Maintain an accurate database documenting all customer service actions taken* Working with the wider team to ensure that problems are resolved in a timely manner in line with customer requirements* Ensure to follow any problems through to resolution and take full ownership until completion * Answer any incoming calls and inbound queries via the live chat function* Identify customer needs and book training sessions with the Product Specialist team * Provide timely review to the Product Development team in line with customer suggestions and feedback* Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and retention standards at all times * Work collaboratively with the wider team to pass on information and upsell opportunitiesElevation Business Support would be keen to speak with candidates who have the following skills and experiences: * Experience of working in a fast-paced, changeable environment* Experience in a SaaS environment is advantageous* Experience of working in a customer facing role* Previous experience in database management and recording* Strong and effective communicator * Strong organisational and prioritisation skills * Proven customer experience including handling customer complaints effectively * Computer literate and confident in using a range of applications and softwareElevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on Customer Service positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
