They are currently seeking a professional, organized, and efficient Team Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to ourlegal team.Job Summary:As a Team Secretary, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, facilitating smooth operations within the team, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the office. Your role will involve a combination of secretarial, clerical, and administrativeduties to support the legal professionals.Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to legal team members.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence for the team.
  • Assist in document preparation and maintain records efficiently.
  • Handle office tasks such as filing, phone inquiries, and supply management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications:
  • Ideally, you will have experience working within a similar role within an Employment team, however, the role would also be suited to those with experience in any other fast-paced legal discipline.
  • Secretarial or administrative certifications are a plus.
