Job Description

Regional HR AdvisorLeeds (Travel North UK)6 months FTCUp to £45,000 + car allowance Our client are a large distribution & installation company with sites across the UK and they are looking for an Interim HR Advisor to cover sites across the North of the UK.Initially based from home after 4-5 weeks this role will require weekly travel to sites in the North of the UK so you will ideally be located in Leeds or the surrounding areas. Overnight stays are not required and a car or car allowance will be providedas well as fuel funded.Your role as a HR Advisor will be to deliver consultations following a re-structure liaising with employees and across the business up to Senior Management level and providing a full HR service with duties including:

  • Re-writing and amending employee contracts
  • Providing advise on policies and procedures
  • Taking ownership of any outstanding employee relations matter
  • Offering end to end HR Advise using up to date UK employment law knowledge
  • Developing relationships with senior stakeholders throughout the business
  • General HR Administration
This contract is initially for 6 months and can offer a competitive basic salary of £45,000 + £6000 car allowance (pro-ratad) or pool car & fuel card.You will ideally be CIPD qualified or be able to demonstrate considerable operational experience within a busy manufacturing/industrial or similar blue collar environment and have an excellent understanding of UK employment law.If you are immediately available and an experienced HR Advisor with experience in delivering consultations following re-structure/TUPE/organisational change this is an excellent interim opportunity with a market leading organisation.At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
