The fact that we truly live and breathe our company values is what makes us really great, and our colleagues careers are at the heart of everything we do!The role:As the Talent Sponsorship Specialist you will work on the delivery of an outstanding onboarding and immigration support service for all our colleagues and operational teams. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring full compliance for our sponsored colleagueswhile providing a seamless service for our Care Home Managers and other stakeholders. No day will be the same, and while you may encounter some challenges, you will be constantly learning and growing in your role!Your responsibilities will include:• Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for all candidates requiring sponsorship.• Utilising effectively the Sponsorship Management System and communicating promptly with the Home Office.• Providing accurate reporting on sponsorship metrics for our operational teams.• Keeping abreast of any changes relevant to immigration or Right to Work regulations.• Managing internal requests for sponsorship from existing colleagues.• Ensuring compliance with UK VISA & Immigration regulations and Nursing and Midwifery Council requirements (NMC) for sponsored nurses.• Developing successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.• Assisting with recruitment agreements and expenses for sponsored workers.• Working with the wider Talent team to share best practices and support.This role will be based in Leeds at our head office.What we are looking for:The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an onboarding role, they will have the ability to prioritise tasks, adapt to changing circumstances, and the confidence to become a true advisor for colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. Strong accuracyand attention to detail will be a must, together with the ability to use available data to inform others and drive positive actions across the business.Knowledge and experience:• Previous experience within a similar role• Knowledge of pre-employment checks and Right To Work policies and procedures• General understanding of candidate on-boarding processes• Professional background in a customer-led function• Strong experience with data reporting and analytics• Competent use of Microsoft Office package• Previous experience working within a regulated environment• Understanding of Home Office policies and procedures for Skilled Worker VISA is desirable but not essentialWhat we offer:• At MMCG we strongly believe in developing our colleagues to become the best they can be in their roles!
