Job Description

The fact youre here, makes us think youre exactly the type of person who is passionate about care and is ready to put the happiness and well-beingof residents at the heart of everything they do.As one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, youll work with the Group Head of Talent Acquisition and stakeholders across the business to drive the direct hire strategy, ensuring that MMCG attracts and selects high performing, high potential colleagues and contingentworkers who will drive the business forward. In your new role, youll: Develop, design and deliver talent acquisition campaigns to support the Groups purpose, managing the full process, including attraction contingency planning, resource management, criticality analysis and market research. Be sector aware at all times, and shape campaigns to evolving market demands, trends and competitor activity. Partner with senior stakeholders to manage particular segments and functions with their talent agenda and therefore lead demand planning, sourcing choices and build talent pool for those areas, define the attraction activity, lead your team in deliveringthe agreed resources in the agreed timescales. Lead projects to improve upon or implement core talent acquisition processes and tools where required. Be responsible for the management of the team and ensure the Talent Acquisition function is working to its full potential. Be the escalation point for any concerns on pieces of recruitment and team issues.As a Talent professional, youll have a clear a understanding of the relevant legislation and Acts, and be able to provide recruitment advice in line with government legislation, regulator expectations and internal policies.We want people who are as excited to be part of our team as we are. And finally, wed like someone who is a positive disruptor, challenges existing thinking, generates new ideas, and owns own decisions.The successful Talent Acquisition Manager will have: Proven experience of recruiting a wide range of disciplines, including headhunting up to and as well as board level positions Proven experience of recruitment budget management and control and minimising costs through direct attraction approaches. Experience of designing and implementing recruitment strategy. Stakeholder management and relationship partnership at senior level.
