Job Description

Systems TrainerUp to £37,000 + carField based - M1 corridorPermanent ContractThis role is joining an organisation at an exciting time of growth and digital transformation to manage the full learning cycle around all IT systems delivering in-person training at branches along the M1 Corridor (Leeds to London).Duties include:

  • Designing learning materials in a variety of formats including hard copies and digital learning
  • Delivering training on a 1:1, or small groups basis face to face
  • Evaluating and following up on successful uptake and usage of systems on an ongoing basis
  • Drive sales teams to become technically competent and confident
  • Interpreting reporting tools and presenting back to identify business needs and measure success of digital transformation initiatives
  • Driving engagement to help organisation meet its objectives
Please note this is predominately a site based role travelling across the region for 80% of your time with some overnight stays required. A car and fuel card is provided (full driving license is essential)To be considered for this role, as an experienced Systems Trainer you will have experience of the full learning cycle, and be able to work with a variety of stakeholders and coach where appropriate. You will have experience on using reporting tools to identifybusiness needs and measure success and be confident to report findings back to senior stakeholders in line with the digital transformation strategy.
