Job Description

Supported Housing Contracts ManagerPart time (22.5 hours*), permanent Leeds£21,554 per annum (FT £35,924)Our client is a housing association with around 4,300 properties across Leeds, Wakefield and North Yorkshire. Their mission is to enable the maximum number of people to access and live sustainably in good value, affordable housing.They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Supported Housing Contracts Manager to join them on a part time basis, covering 22.5 hours per week.The role:In this post, you will manage contracts with external agencies providing supported and specialist housing and develop all partner agency services including the Association’s student portfolio.You will work closely with the wider team to maximise the performance of our assets while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and tenancy and neighbourhood sustainability.About you:Our client is looking for candidates with the following skills and experience;

  • Experience of monitoring agency performance in conjunction with Regulatory KPIs/effective financial monitoring and guiding agencies in relation to making service/performance improvements.
  • Proven leadership and management experience.
  • Experience of working with statutory and voluntary agencies
  • Experience of developing policies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally.
  • The ability to gather, analyse and assess impact using internal and external service and related performance information.
