Job Description

Staffing Manager (FM) - Leeds£28,000 Carbon60 are looking to recruit an experienced Staffing Manager to join a world leading facilities management company, working at their clients site in Leeds. You will work with the Heads of Departments in the delivery of first-class events. You will beresponsible for all aspects of the recruitment and staffing process for casual catering employees, including recruiting, managing their on boarding, and creating and delivering comprehensive training programmes.If you are a motivated and driven individual who is passionate about staffing delivery and looking for an exciting and challenging role that offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact, then APPLY NOW!A salary of up to £28,000 plus benefits including pensionPermanent - Full Time - 40hrsLeedsMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaising with and creating contacts within the recruitment industry, e.g., job centre plus, university student unions, recruitment fairs, career open days etc.
  • Lead the recruitment of new casual employees, adhering to the company policy. e.g., interview, Right to Work, reference, etc.
  • Manage the casual recruitment staffing email address, responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all casual employees receive a starter pack, details returned are checked thoroughly and no one works until the correct documentation is submitted and mandatory training completed.
  • Maintain and create personnel records for all casual staff.
  • Roster all casual staff and ensure hours are approved for submission to Payroll.
  • Manage match/event day staff allocations/arrivals/check-ins, methodically reacting to any required changes in an efficient manner.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Experience of conducting training sessions and presentations to groups of 20+
  • A passion about Service Excellence and Customer Service within the Hospitality Industry
  • Motivation, adaptability and the skill and confidence to manage workloads and different tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional IT skills-MS Office, especially Excel along with other computer programmes. Experience of Time Target is highly desirable but not essential.
