OverviewWe are looking for an individual who has recent working experience of SSASs and/or SIPPs to join our SSAS team as a Client Manager. You may already have been accountable for looking after a portfolio of clients or have the right foundations to takethat next step in your career path.If you have working knowledge of handling various administration tasks relating to SSAS or SIPP, such as record-keeping, bank transaction reconciliation, handling investment requests, property transactions and member benefits, then we would be very interestedin hearing for you to discuss what we have to offer.No previous experience of client-facing work is required, though if you have done you may be fast-tracked into being promoted to the SSAS Client Manager role (or join on that basis, depending on experience level).The role can be offered on a full or part-time basis throughout the usual business working week. Working from home most days once initial induction period has been completed can be considered depending on business need. You will need to be assigned to oneof our SSAS offices, for attendance at least twice a month: Our preference is Leeds but we will also consider Amersham, Cheltenham, Glasgow or Liverpool.On-the-job training will be provided through a mixture of face-to-face and virtual tutoring. If you approach work in professional manner and can take personal responsibility for delivering an excellent service, please get in touch.ResponsibilitiesThe primary purpose of this role is to be accountable for a portfolio of SSAS clients, ensuring that the various regulatory requirements of administering a SSAS are complied with whilst ensuring that your clients needs are met in a professional manner.Depending on experience or progression, additional opportunities may be available to further our business needs, such as providing internal technical support to colleagues or being responsible for nurturing business relationships with introducers.About the person You should have pride in taking personal responsibility for delivering an excellent, professional service You should have strong attention to detail, being able to transcribe data including numbers accurately You should be able to manage a task list and be able to follow written procedures and verbal instructions You should be confident at using Microsoft packages and be able to learn how to use new software You should have a strong work ethic, keen to impress colleagues and other people that you interact withQualifications GCSE or equivalent at grade C/5 or higher in Maths and English At least 18 months recent experience with SSAS or SIPP, displaying broad knowledge Experience of interacting with clients directly, whether in administrative or client-facing role
