Elevation Engineering & Manufacturings Wakefield Team have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced and dynamic Site Supervisor with comprehensive technical knowledge in industrial coatings, for a company based in Leeds. The role will involve extensive travel throughout the UK (and on occasion overseas) and as such you will benefit from a generous staying away from home allowance.The role will involve hands-on industrial coating/painting whilst leading a site team on location, or at their Leeds workshop. Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):* Supervising on-site teams whilst managing budget/timescales/process/health & safety/quality* Site surveys and reporting* Operating and maintaining equipment related to coating/ventilation/compressed air/blasting* Applying various coating techniques such as spraying/rolling/brushing * Quality inspection of works in progress and completed worksThe successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:* At least 5 years experience of working with industrial coatings/paintings* On-site experience, leading and communicating with a site team* Leadership experience with excellent communication skills* Excellent decision maker adept problem solving* Industry qualifications and standards such as NACE/ICATS/ISO/SSPC and confined space If you want to discuss this position in more detail, please call Anna Morgan on at the Elevation Recruitment Group Wakefield.Elevation Recruitment Groups Engineering & Manufacturing division work with a vast range of businesses across Yorkshire and Humberside, Lincolnshire and East Midlands regions.
