Job Description

16/02/2021Service Desk Analyst (2nd line) - RemoteTransition Partnersare currently recruiting for a key client based close to Leeds, who are on the lookout for a Temporary Service Desk Analyst (2nd line) on an initial 12 week contract basis.This role is working for a company who have been listed in the top Digital employers in the UK!Skills & Responsibilities will include;

  • Experience working as a 2nd line Engineer
  • Service Desk or helpdesk experience
  • To deliver and maintain effective and efficient desktop services in support of key business objectives
  • Respond to simple calls and enquiries from users, specialists and others and take appropriate action within agreed KPI’s.
  • Familiarity with an ITSM tool - especially TOPdesk
  • Use of Remote Control tools - Teams, Quick Assist, TeamViewer
  • Familiar with Microsoft office 365 and MFA
  • Use of SCCM to deploy standard software packages
  • Knowledge and experience of IT Infrastructure Library (ITILV3) standards or similar methodologies
