Service AdvisorSalary: £24,000 + BonusLocation: Leeds

If you have answered yes to the above, then we want to hear from you!The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a family-run company. You’ll join a fun, friendly and well-established team committed to delivering high quality customer service to their clients. In return you’ll have a bonus structureand excellent benefits. As a leader in their industry with a strong heritage this is really a position not to be missed!The RoleCustomer service is at the forefront of this role, booking in new and used motorcycles for servicing with additional products to be offered, through a customer focused approach is paramount to success. Responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring agreed KPIs are met
  • Effectively up and cross selling to new and existing customers
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
  • Deal with customers in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of servicing activities and opportunities in the CRM system
The Ideal CandidateAt this stage in your career, you will have at least 1-2 years of service advisor experience. It goes without saying that you will be service lead and keen on exceeding expectations. You’ll be driven to achieve and enjoy working with people. Further to theabove we are looking for someone who:
  • Is a team player
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has a desire to exceed in every task they encounter
  • Is adaptable to different customers and situations
  • Is keen to continue their self-development
  • Is looking for a stable and long-term career
  • Experienced within car/motorbike service/scheduling
