Job Description

Its what delivering great healthcare should feel like.You will be working at Spring Wood Lodge, a service that supports women over the age of 18 who have complex emotional and mental health problems associated with significant risk behaviours. Typically they have a diagnosis of personality disorder or a severemental illness.Working 37.5 hours alongside the multidisciplinary team, you will have experience in managing a designated caseload using theoretical and practical experience, completing assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes alignedto care plans. You will provide senior clinical support to the MDT and will deliver training.With a strong emphasis on teamwork, youll receive support from a regional network of healthcare professionals and enjoy access to a variety of online and CPD training courses to support you reach your career goals.This role involves:

  • Completing assessments, planning sessions and implementing interventions
  • Evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
  • Implement and develop evidence-based therapeutic activities to support service users care plans
To be successful in this role:
  • Current HPC registration and BOAT membership
  • Experience of working within a similar setting
