These teams will oversee the delivery of the strategy for our customersthis is how Asda becomes a growth business again. Reporting into one of thetwo new Senior Director, Asda Proposition roles, you will be central to all of this work; from translating the business strategy into the customer offer, through coming up with amazing ideas for products, promotions and campaigns, all the way to how its actuallydelivered in stores and online. You will be the beating heart of our Customer transformation.Youll get amazing opportunities to galvanise teams around you, from across the Customer function and beyond. Youll benefit from senior exposure, presenting your teams ideas in senior forums such as the Customer Planning Group. Youll learn how to bringtogether insights into compelling propositions, and how to make sure that together these add up to a winning offer compared to our competitors.Youll be measured by how popular Asda is for the customer proposition areas that youre working on. For example, if youre aligned to the value element of the proposition, then your key performance indicator might be our Value Perception score; whereaswhen youre working on the convenience element, you could be measured by Net Promoter Score for our small store formats.These roles will be hugely competitive. Youll need a rare blend of innovation and creativity, critical thinking, analytical capability, the ability to brief and understand research and other forms of testing, and above all be able to seamlessly move betweenthe big picture and being all the way down in the detail. The ideal candidate will embrace change, be proactive in seeking opportunities, and accept ambiguity. You wont be put off by the occasional setbackrecognising that the propositions we do successfullylaunch will be absolutely central to Asda getting back to growth.Key Responsibilities
