Bennett & Game are currently representing a well-respected, national, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy, who are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join them in either their Leeds or Manchester office. The Senior PM will be managing a range ofprojects across all RIBA Stages, with sectors including; Healthcare, Education, Industrial, Residential and Retail to name just a few. The Senior PM will be managing the full project lifestyle from inception to handover across multiple projects.It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience with a consultancy or client side with varied project experience. The Senior PM will ideally be chartered (RICS, MAPM, CIOB) but this is not essential.In return, our client can offer the chance to work on some amazing projects across the region. They are offering a salary between £45k and £60k (open to discussion), car allowance, hybrid working (home set up provided), 25 days holiday plus BH, with optionsto purchase more and this increases with service.Senior Project Manager Position Overview
