You will scrutinise their business and projects, identifying exposureto risks and suggesting innovative solutions to mitigate these. Needless to say, you will develop a detailed knowledge of the Construction market, including trends, latest developments and different insurance companies’ appetites for specific risks. You willnegotiate with Underwriters to obtain your clients the most comprehensive cover at competitive premiums, as well as producing a variety of detailed reports and associated documentation.Ideally, you will have extensive knowledge of the Construction sector, however we most certainly welcome applications from general commercial’ Account Handlers / Brokers who have had some exposure to dealing with Construction clients and relevant covers.You must also be a naturally curious problem-solver, who takes prides in delivering positive client outcomes.
