Job Description

A key client within the Engineering industry based in West Yorkshire are currently expanding their team with a Senior Civil Engineer as soon as possible due to company and contract growth. This client is offering a full time, permanent post with the idealcandidate experienced in leading and delivering ongoing projects to completion on time.The RoleKey purpose of the role is to produce high quality designs for feasibility, costing and construction purposes, highways & drainage, street works, public works, SUDS, Building drainage and utilities.Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Undertake project design from conception to completion
  • Manage Junior Engineers and Technicians offering leadership, mentoring, encouragement and motivation
  • Influencing development and infrastructure master planning
The Candidate
  • To be considered for this role you will require a Chartership Membership of either Institution of Civil Engineers and/or the Institution of Structural Engineers.
The below software capabilities would be beneficial for the role:
  • AutoCAD 2D Drafting, PDS Site Developer / Civil 3D, Flow / Micro-drainage or similar hydraulic design software, TEDDS, and other industry-recognised software.
