Job Description

Sewell Wallis are currently engaged with one of our leading clients, supporting them with an exciting transformation project which is set to last at least 2 years.We are looking to speak to any Senior Change Management Consultants, who would be eager to join a large, international business, supporting them with an intensive transformational system project.As the Senior Change Management Consultant, your role will involve the following duties:-

  • Delivery of a system change management programme across the UK and multiple countries
  • Developing and implementing change communication strategy, including talking points, newsletters, web content and similar communications
  • Partnering closely with multiple stakeholders in the UK and overseas
  • Change impact analysis reports
  • Change network planning
To be considered for this role you will need to have experience in delivering change in a large programme across multiple countries. You will have demonstrable experience in leading change management activities, including stakeholder management.Desirable experience includes language skills, ideally Spanish and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.Benefits:
