Senior Brand Manager, 6 months Fixed Term Contract, FMCG, LeedsElevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a Senior Brand Manager on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis for a global FMCG business based on the outskirts of Leeds, West Yorkshire.As the senior brand manager, you are responsible for one of the largest brand portfolios and a multi million pound media campaign, an exciting innovation and renovation pipeline in the planning - you will be responsible for defining and executing the UK plan.This will include: *Working alongside the insights team and agencies to deliver impactful TTL comms platform that impacts consumer behaviour, whether ATL, BTL or activation. *Working collaboratively with insights, R&D and procurement to develop UK appropriate innovation/ renovation.*Lead cross functional teams to deploy integrated marketing plans, setting KPIs, monitoring the implementation and responding to ensure the objectives are delivered *Using knowledge of customer strategies, category and shopper insights to support innovation projects through the development of customer sell-in material*Creating In-store Excellence, designing clear and logical range architecture appropriate for the target consumer, shopper and customer*Work with external partners to develop best in class packaging design that will make a real world impact on shelf and at home*Contribute to inspiring briefs for integrated communications planning, particularly ATL development and understanding of how the target consumer uses and interacts with different media channels Experience we are looking for:*Available to complete a 6 Months Fixed Term Contract*consumer marketing experience within a highly commercial fast moving business. *A true brand guardian: You need to love brands and have a passion for excellent execution *Great analytical skills: Being able to understand performance (using a wide variety of research incl.
