Job Description

The Salesforce Configuration Lead / Administrator will be joining a fast paced business, helping to enhance the current Salesforce Implementation. The need a Salesforce Consultant who can translate business requirements into technical requirements AND implement / make the necessary technical modificationsClient DetailsThe Salesforce Configuration Lead / Administrator will be joining a fast paced business, helping to enhance the current Salesforce Implementation.DescriptionThe Salesforce Configuration Lead / Administrator will be joining a fast paced business, helping to enhance the current Salesforce Implementation. They will ideally be responsible for:

  • Reviewing change requests and translating them into technical changes for their delivery, or escalating to senior Salesforce developers
  • Management of change releases: testing, customer sign off, promotion to live environment and live customer sign off
  • Reviewing existing system configuration and documenting issues and improvement opportunities
  • Providing on the job Salesforce training to colleagues, so they can better understand the configuration
  • Supervising / supporting colleagues in planning and making their own changes
    • ProfileThe Salesforce Configuration Lead / Administrator will be joining a fast paced business, helping to enhance the current Salesforce Implementation. They will ideally:
  • Salesforce Accredited, with a proven successful background as a Salesforce technician
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce Platform products
  • Excellent understanding of change management processes
  • Able to translate customer business requirements into technical changes
  • Very organised and able to understand and act on priorities
