Job Description

Sales ExecutiveLeeds£32,500 + Commission + Bonus (£42,500 OTE)Are you a dynamic and engaging individual passionate about building relationships and driving sales Look no further! Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to join their vibrant team and help them become the leading provider of mechanical elements and lubricants globally. Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries, whether through telephone calls or emails
  • Guide potential customers through the sales pipeline, ensuring that all quotes are effectively managed to their conclusion
  • Oversee key accounts, ensuring that all phases of the key account strategy are executed according to the plan
  • Foster and nurture relationships with existing, inactive, and potential customers to gain insights into their needs and drive sales growth
  • Uphold a commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and professional communications
  • Monitor order progress to keep customers informed and ensure their requirements are met
  • Utilise software and systems to track and record key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with the role
Requirements of a Sales Executive:
  • 2 years minimum Sales experience
  • 1 in every 4 weeks - Late Shift Required (2pm -10pm)
  • Language skills will be advantageous
  • Possess a confident and personable telephone manner
  • Strongly oriented toward providing excellent customer service
  • Skilled in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
