Job Description

Industry Focus: Specialising in a range of services including HVAC design, HVAC manufacture, HVAC installation, HVAC repair, HVAC maintenance and HVAC commissioning makes us a unique turnkey provider of cost-effective HVAC & refrigeration, fire safety andsecurity solutions.Territory: NationwideCompensation: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum + Commission uncappedPerks: £9,000 yearly car allowance or equivalent company vehicle, along with a comprehensive benefits package.The Sales Director for HVAC Products will undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Assuming a General Manager/Sales Director role with a focus on promoting a premium selection of HVAC design, HVAC manufacture, HVAC installation, HVAC repair, HVAC maintenance
  • Primarily responsible for overseeing and nurturing a team of 15 professionals, while charting the strategic course of the company within the UK market.
  • Providing support to the external sales force.
  • Ongoing management and cultivation of essential relationships with major distribution and merchant partners, including Saint Gobain, SIG, and Burtons.
  • Efficiently managing and evolving the product portfolio in alignment with evolving customer demands.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the companys global headquarters and key stakeholders.
  • Directly reporting to the Managing Director based overseas.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A proven track record of successfully managing teams.
  • Extensive senior sales experience, including roles such as Sales Director, National Sales Manager, and General Manager.
  • The capability to oversee and operate a business unit within the UK.
  • Previous sales experience in the construction and building materials sector.
  • While beneficial, specific knowledge of roofing or ventilation products is not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • The ability to forge new business relationships in a competitive market environment.
  • Comfort in managing a substantial geographical territory.
  • An inherent drive, hunger, and determination to excel.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve and succeed.
