Lead Handler LeedsSalary £22,000 - £25,000 + OTE £35,000 - £40,000You must be flexible to work days up to 7pm and weekends.As this company continues to grow they are looking for a confident, charismatic and target-driven consultant to join the team.No cold calling involved!My client will consider candidates from a non-property background, as they deliver an excellent training. This could be an opportunity for someone that has great telephone manners, motivated and resilient!Duties:• Contacting warm leads generated by online enquiries• Building relationships with customers, understanding their needs• Pitching 2 services to get a deal agreed depending on what the customer is looking for • Chase any leads up through to signed deal• Maintain an updated CRM system to track customer informationHave a great telephone manner and like getting to know the client better by asking the right questionsHard-working with a great flair and rapport building skills, but also a knack for hard work! It is a job which requires a self-starter who can motivate themselves. Someone with a large degree of tenacity and a willingness to make things happen.Positive Attitude - Grinding out calls can be a tough job, you must be able to maintain a positive mind-frame, in spite of rejections, clients not picking up the phone and receiving setbacks. Communication Skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, to come across competent over the phone/email.
