This could be an opportunity for someone that has great telephone manners, motivated and resilient!Duties:• Contacting warm leads generated by online enquiries• Building relationships with customers, understanding their needs• Pitching 2 services to get a deal agreed depending on what the customer is looking for • Chase any leads up through to signed deal• Maintain an updated CRM system to track customer informationHave a great telephone manner and like getting to know the client better by asking the right questionsHard-working with a great flair and rapport building skills, but also a knack for hard work! It is a job which requires a self-starter who can motivate themselves. Someone with a large degree of tenacity and a willingness to make things happen.Positive Attitude - Grinding out calls can be a tough job, you must be able to maintain a positive mind-frame, in spite of rejections, clients not picking up the phone and receiving setbacks. Communication Skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, to come across competent over the phone/email.
