Our nurturing environment and tailored learning experiences empower children to reachtheir full potential, supported by a team of dedicated professionals.Position Overview:As a Room Leader, you will take on a leadership role within one of our dynamic and welcoming rooms, overseeing the care and development of a group of children. Working closely with your team, you will create a stimulating and nurturing environment wherechildren can flourish, while also supporting the professional development of your colleagues.Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Planning and implementing engaging activities that promote learning and development across all areas.
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Conducting regular observations and assessments to track childrens progress and inform planning.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including childrens learning journeys and daily routines.
  • Providing support and guidance to team members, promoting continuous professional development and best practice.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care).
  • Previous experience working in an early years setting, with demonstrable leadership skills.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their holistic development.
