� Room Leader - Toddler RoomAre you an enthusiastic and dedicated childcare professional with a love for nurturing the tiniest tots Look no further! We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Room Leader position in our Baby Room at in South Leeds.At Veritas, we pride ourselves on recruiting fantastic candidates for our clients settings providing a warm, stimulating, and safe environment for our little ones to grow and thrive. Nestled in the heart of South Leeds are three nurseries who are lookingfor a Room Leader based in the Toddler room, our centre is dedicated to fostering a love for learning from the very start.As the Room Leader in our Toddler Room, you will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing and engaging atmosphere for infants. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Caring Leadership: Providing attentive and loving care to babies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborating with the team to create age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development.
  • Communication: Building strong relationships with parents and guardians through open and transparent communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with fellow educators to maintain a cohesive and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification.
  • Previous experience working with infants.
  • A passion for early childhood education and development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
