Job Description

Purpose of the role: To support the design/identification and implementation of key business processes within the firm, ensuring corporate standards are maintained and key milestones are achieved in line with agreed business deliverables.Role holder will support several key functions to include Technology, Data Management, Infosec, Operating Model Oversight, Outsourcing, Procurement, Property Oversight, and the firms resilience policy development and implementation including Disaster Recoveryand Business Continuity.Role Specific Accountabilities:

  • Work with business leads for functions with direct customer focus to ensure that resilience processes/procedures, controls, and dependencies are fully understood.
  • Support the evaluation and enhancement of key business processes and facilitate delivery of resilience objectives.
  • Support the development of resilience principles and approach.
  • Understand and communicate resilience principles and objectives to colleagues across the business.
  • Contribute ideas and challenge assumptions based on specific personal experience.
  • Work with the Business Architect to ensure that all process changes and updates identified in delivering corporate resilience are properly reflected in the Operating Model.
  • Support review and update of Impact Tolerance Statements.
  • Support end-to-end mapping of Important Business Services against the Operating Model.
  • Contribute to the identification, planning and execution of Critical Incident Scenario tests.
