A well-established, full service Law Practice with multiple offices across the region as well as a National presence is seeking to bolster their residential conveyancing department with multiple hires across multiple offices.The firm is renowned for its commercially minded, entrepreneurial approach and significant growth has been enjoyed over recent years. If you are career minded and enjoy operating in a fast-moving environment - this is a genuinely exciting opportunity whereyou will be rewarded very quickly.The Opportunity:Opportunity to work in a very busy Conveyancing department you will be able to run a caseload of residential sales/purchases/new builds/transfers of equity both freehold and leasehold, Landlord and tenant work, plot sales. You will be familiar with the Helpto Buy Scheme. Experience of using the Conveyancing Case Management System would be an advantage.You will also provide support and supervision to other colleagues within the team as and when required.The person specification
