REMOTE Product Manager - FinTech start-up / MobileOne of the UKs most exciting FinTech start-ups / scale-up are looking to hire an experienced Product Manager to help devise and ultimately execute a roadmap of work as they aim to expand their platform to handle an increased demand of users.Oscar have already placed a number of people into their engineering team and as part of the current phase of growth, they are bringing Delivery & Product Management in-house from an incubator partner.The clientOur client are "one of the ones to watch" on a several noted lists as a FinTech / Investor app. It essentially empowers people the chance to invest in portfolios that are aligned to their interests, in what is a mobile-app fronted platform, built over anAPI heavy, Cloud-hosted platform. Having initially grown in partnership with an incubator partner, they received 8-figure Series A funding in autumn of 2021 to help scale the business & ultimately their platform to support its continued growth.They have a APIs heavy platform that both consumes & share huge amounts of data, with user having access via mobile applications. The roleThe Product Manager will take on the an existing vision, strategy & ideas on from the founders, inherit the backlogs of work that exist (from their incubator), and then re-imagine their vision & roadmaps for their platforms, features and tech as a whole.Product as a concept is not alien here, but culturally there will be shift to start planning for the longer term, with their immediate aim to scale their platform to support marketing campaigns to attract new users. As such, your role handles everything from strategy through to discovery, so as far as the role goes, this is all encompassing.About you This is a start-up so the role will combine the day-to-day of backlog managementRequirements
