We are exclusively recruiting for a Regional Engineering Manager to join one of our key clients, a market-leading and well established manufacturing business, who produce and supply a range of essential products across a diverse range of sectors globally.The Regional Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplined engineering and maintenance function (headcount, ~25 engineers) across a number of sites within the Northern region. You will provide tactical leadership and be responsiblefor both the strategic and day to day running of your teams - with a primary focus of ensuring the people, processes and systems are in place to maximise efficiency, ensure asset reliability and contribute to the smooth and safe running of the operation ina safe manner.About the business:The business have grown to establish themselves as one of the market leaders within their respective field.
