Job Description

Regional Contracts ManagerPosition: Regional Contracts ManagerLocation: Field based covering Northern England (M6 Corridor)Job type: Permanent, Full timeShift Pattern: 35 hours per weekSalary: CompetitiveROLE: Arjo are a leading provider of managed service contracts for medical beds and pressure area care throughout the UK. We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic Regional Contracts Manager to join our Rentals team who support our busy and expanding business.As Regional Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the effective commercial management of all Rental contracts within the Northern region, including the management of the Clinical Nurse Advisors allocated to specific accounts to ensure good contract management.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the implementation of new contract awards and setting up systems for good contract and rental business management including:
  • Developing and updating the Key Account Plan for contracts within the region to ensure the business potential is maximised within the contracted accounts
  • Working with the Operations Manager and Area Sales Manager to ensure the efficient operation of all regional contracts in accordance with the contract SLA
  • Capturing and facilitating invoicing of all over usage in the contracted accounts
  • Completing and communicating all implementation documentation and the account summaries to key stakeholders.
  • Liaising and supporting the Central Logistics team regarding implementation and the customer key contact for all implementations
  • Ensuring that all contract set-up documentation is completed and contract database updated
  • Setting up invoicing and contract information with Data Compliance and Finance teams
  • Ensuring contract performance is maintained including monitoring the delivery of service; management information and invoicing with effective communication with the Operations team ensuring early issue resolution
  • Assisting with the review and change if necessary of key contract provision being a key contact for all account personnel
  • Ensuring that management information is provided for all contracted customer and other key Rental accounts
  • Providing account analysis when requested by the UK Rental Director and Regional Operations Manager
  • Keeping contract database up to date on central system and liaising with relevant Finance personnel on invoicing and credit control
  • Developing and implementing a regional contract and rental business strategy working closely with the Operations Managers, in agreement with the UK Rental Director
  • Working with the UK Rental Director and Rental Operations Manager in the winning of new rental and contract business and assisting in the tender process as directed by UK Rental Director
  • Managing and developing Clinical Nurse Advisor performance to achieve the consistent management of contract provision
  • Use and facilitate the appropriate IT data bases as used within the contracted accounts, assisting Clinical Nurse Advisors with data assimilation as required
  • Developing opportunities for the expansion of products and services within the account
  • Ensuring that customer care standards are met and where possible exceeded
  • Ensuring reports on all aspects of the role and account performance are submitted to the UK Rental Director as required
  • Performing regular Personal Development Plans with Clinical reports and overseeing development
  • ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
  • Must have good commercial/sales experience gained within a healthcare environment
  • RGN qualified - desirable
  • Extensive experience working within a medical technology company is essential
  • Team management experience - desirable
  • An in depth understanding of the business processes being able to identify, investigate and explain variances to service provision, usage data and account history
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills - must be able to complete presentations and demonstrations to customers
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
  • Must have full UK Driving Licence
