Job Description

Recruitment Manager£45,000- £50,000 per annumMonday to Friday 9am-5.30pmFree ParkingClose to amenitiesPost Recruitment are recruiting for one of the leading facilities providers in UK and have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join their growing business. You will be leading the recruitment team in delivering the full end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, across all levels and disciplinesDuties and Responsibilities

  • Providing expert advice on effective sourcing, driving attraction campaigns and sourcing strategy.
  • Delivering all hires across the business, including high volume cleaning operatives (temp and perm), all mobile support/management and head office/professional roles.
  • Achieve target resourcing plans across the business.
  • Manage the recruitment team and provide strong resourcing leadership and career development opportunities.
  • Own the candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Drive a consistent review of recruiting metrics and make data driven decisions which move the organisation toward further efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance across the team, including data integrity, SLAs, KPIs and legal compliance.
  • Enhance the brand and reputation in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement and execute hiring strategy across the business.
  • Identify and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
  • Drive and manage the offer process.
  • Ideal Candidate
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, including experience of the full talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Experience of high volume temporary recruitment.
  • Experience of leading/managing recruiters.
  • Significant direct recruitment experience across all levels.
  • Experience of delivering resourcing techniques that lead to efficiency and a reduction of time-to-fill without compromising on quality.
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation relating to recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Strong customer-service skills including issue resolution, negotiating and the ability to work with dynamic teams.
  • A proactive approach and an excellent eye for detail, methodical and organised and able to work autonomously
  • Self motivated , confident and an engaging approachable manner with a cando’ flexible attitude to work requirements
  • Team player and able to motivate others
