Job Description

Are you a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal and organisational skillsThe opportunity has arisen at a market leading Law Firm in Leeds City Centre who are looking for an experienced Receptionist to assist in dealing with all administrative and front of house duties.   • Dealing with all enquiries via both email and telephone
  • Meeting, greeting and dealing with clients
  • Taking in, sorting and processing deliveries
  • Dealing with meeting room checks and car park bookings
  • Prompt distribution of incoming electronic faxes
  • Ensuring meeting room resources e.g. video conferencing, are available and set up as required prior to the start of any meeting
  • Updating daily schedule and sending to the relevant people at the end of each day
  • Assisting with the setup of events and large meetings (this may involve some out of hours working)
  • Ordering and setting up of lunches
  • Monitoring and ordering of stock
  • Data inputting
Do you have
  • Minimum of 2 years reception experience is essential
  • Front of house experience is essential
  • Computer literacy
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Friendly and approachable manner
  • Initiative

  • Receptionist
  • Leeds
  • Part Time - 8.00am to 2.00pm, with option for full time
  • £16,000
