This is a newly created role, designed to really drive sustainable QHSE improvements in processes,systems and culture.Turning over £350M with a large headcount and large profits, this business are proud to have a strong business finance background, cash rich balance sheet, strong profits and strong diversity across their different business units. With unrivalled managementcommitment and investment, this is a great opportunity for a senior QHSE professional to really put their stamp on a business that are keen to change. This is a UK national role, so travel across England will be required, and a company car or allowance is provided. QHSE Manager duties include: - Implementing the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment policies, procedures and reporting- Ensuring continued compliance to the relevant HSE standards and legislation- Responsible for the thorough investigation of all incidents within UK sites and on customer sites - Manage Environmental plans and budgets implementing business initiatives- Maintain and control an effective incident reporting and investigation system - Assist businesses with the ISO14001 certification- Prepare annual budget and roadmap of environmental and sustainability project- Maintain BS EN ISO9001:2015 quality and management systemI am keen to speak to candidates with the following background and skillset: - NEBOSH Diloma/NCRQ qualified- CMIOSH qualified- Strong QHSE management experience in either manufacturing or construction sectors - Proven track record of people development- Leader in personality, ability to strategically influence at all levels of the business Are you passionate about driving change in a business where Quality is the key to the business This is a great opportunity for a Quality Manager to join a business as it enters an exciting period.Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist recruitment consultancy dealing with senior engineering, technical and operational positions in Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
